The Plutoos USB-C to USB-C cable connects two modern USB-C devices at full 100W Power Delivery and USB 3.0 data speeds in a single cable. With up to 5A at 20V it charges a MacBook Pro 16", an iPad Pro M4 or an iPhone 15/16 Pro Max as fast as the manufacturer's original cable - no need to swap wall chargers. At the same time it shifts data at up to 5 Gbps, fast enough to mirror a 4K video file to an external SSD in seconds instead of minutes. The cable works with every USB-C device that supports PD or USB 3.0, from Nintendo Switch to Samsung Galaxy S23/S24, Pixel phones, external NVMe enclosures and USB-C hubs. Both connector housings are machined from aluminium with integrated moulding at the strain relief, the most common failure point on cheap cables. The black outer jacket stays flexible in heat and cold and does not knot itself in your laptop bag. Plutoos ships free of charge within Switzerland and offers a 60-day return policy on unopened items - order today, charge tomorrow at full speed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the cable really charge my MacBook Pro 16" at full speed?
Yes, provided you use a 100W USB-C PD wall charger (e.g. Apple's original 96W or 140W brick). The cable carries up to 100W (20V/5A).
What data speed does the cable reach?
Up to 5 Gbps to USB 3.0 standard. Fast enough for external SSDs and 4K video files, but below the 10/20 Gbps of USB 3.1/3.2.
Does it work with Thunderbolt devices?
It charges Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4 devices (e.g. MacBook Pro) at 100W. For full Thunderbolt data speed (40 Gbps) a dedicated Thunderbolt cable is required.
Does the cable support video / DisplayPort Alt-Mode?
The spec sheet covers power and USB data. DisplayPort Alt-Mode operation is not explicitly specified - please use a certified video cable for external monitors.
Will it charge my iPhone 15 / 16?
Yes. iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 use USB-C; the cable charges them at the maximum wattage the iPhone supports (around 20-27W).
How long is the cable?
Please check the product info table above if the length is listed there. Otherwise ask our support at info@plutoos.ch.
