Important Compatibility Note

• This 6-pack set is only suitable for Canon printers that actually use six separate cartridges.
• Canon PIXMA models with a 5-cartridge system such as TS6150, TS6250, TS6350, TS705, TR7550, TR8550, TR7650, or TS9550 do not use Photo Blue and are therefore not suitable for a true 6-pack set.
• Before purchase, always check whether your printer model uses both PGI-580 and CLI-581 cartridges including Photo Blue.

Possible Errors & Troubleshooting

• If the printer shows support code 1660 or a message such as “The ink tank cannot be recognized”, remove the affected cartridge and reinstall it carefully.
• If support code 1750 appears, the installed cartridge is not compatible with the printer. In this case, check especially whether your printer is a true 6-ink model and whether Photo Blue is required for your model.
• If support code 1688 appears and the printer reports a cartridge as empty, replace the cartridge. In some cases, continued printing may only be possible after disabling remaining ink level detection. After that, the ink level for that cartridge may no longer display normally.
• Make sure all protective films, transport protection, and seals have been completely removed before installation.
• If needed, clean the contact area carefully with a dry lint-free cloth.
• If the cartridges are recognised but print quality is poor, run nozzle check, printhead cleaning, and alignment from the printer maintenance menu.
• If only individual colours or photo prints look incorrect after replacement, check the seating of the Photo Blue cartridge in particular, as it is only present on 6-ink models.
• Contact Plutoos support if the issue persists.
