This Plutoos flat pleated filter is the compatible replacement for the Kärcher original 2.863-005.0 (KFI 4410). It sits drop-in in the filter cassette and holds back fine particles — fine dust, pollen and mites stay in the filter instead of the room air, tested and certified to DIN 44956. One filter for wet and dry vacuuming: no filter change between water and dust, and suction stays at full strength.

Care & replacement
Rinse and tap out
Rinse the filter regularly under running water and tap dry dust out of the pleats — no soap, no brush. That keeps the pleats open and suction at full strength.

Let the filter air-dry completely before the next dry vacuuming. The synthetic material dries fast — noticeably faster than paper-based filters.
Replace about every 6 months
