One tap on the step switch extends the bristle ring for hard floors; retracted, the nozzle digs deep into carpets. The integrated rubber lip picks up fine dust and lint, and the flexible joint in the neck prevents air loss while steering the nozzle on its 2 wheels into corners and under furniture. Wipe the rubber lip
Wipe the rubber lip regularly with a damp cloth and let it dry – it keeps picking up fine dust and lint reliably.
Pull hair off the bristle ring
Pull hair and threads off the bristle ring by hand or with scissors – the nozzle glides easily and the switch keeps moving freely.
