The Plutoos KJ-HT2030 automatic strapping machine is a tabletop banding unit that bundles stacks of cartons, printed matter, food, textiles and similar items in seconds. With one button press or via the sensor it feeds the strap around the package, tensions it, seals it and cuts it - a full strap cycle in a single operation.
The arch opening of 430 mm wide by 200 mm high accepts standard cartons and stacks. Strap width is 20 mm or 30 mm, supporting both plastic strap and transparent OPP banding tape. Strap tension is adjusted on the touchscreen to suit different materials and pack densities.
A robust steel chassis of 41.5 kg on a footprint of roughly 625 × 350 mm makes the KJ-HT2030 a continuous-duty machine for shipping rooms, print shops, mail centres and production lines. It replaces several manual steps - hand bundling, adhesive tape, twine - with one fast and repeatable action.
