The Plutoos air cushion roll is a professional, inflatable HDPE packaging film with a 4-chamber design. At 300 m per roll, it provides enough material for hundreds of shipments from a single packaging unit. Pillows are inflated on demand using the Plutoos air cushion machine PL11776, saving storage space and lowering freight costs compared with pre-inflated cushioning.
Balanced cushioning with 4 large chambers. Four high-volume air chambers deliver a versatile mix of shock absorption and fast void fill. The 4-chamber film is our standard recommendation for everyday e-commerce shipments of medium weight.
Each pillow measures 40 × 32 cm before inflation and 33 × 26 cm after inflation, with a bubble height of 3 cm. Film thickness is 0.015 – 0.02 mm. The film is tear-resistant, recyclable and delivers a clean, professional shipping presentation.
