Pad change in 4 steps
- Take the worn pad off the holder plate.
- Align the Plutoos pad and press it onto the velcro plate.
- Moisten the pad briefly before first use — better mopping from the first pass.
- Done — it is a direct replacement, no tools needed.
Care & replacement
Washing the pads
Rinse pads under warm water after mopping and let them air-dry. Machine wash at 30 °C without fabric softener, no tumble dryer — where marked machine-washable they take up to 60 °C.
Rotate, don't wait
Keep one pad on the robot and the rest drying — a dry, fluffy pad absorbs visibly better than one that never fully dries between runs.
When to replace
Replace a pad after 100-150 washes, or sooner if the fibre is matted or streaks stay on the floor.
