 Firmware note

If your printer's firmware is up to date, it may not accept non-original cartridges. Such firmware problems can often be resolved by downgrading the printer firmware - exclusively at your own decision and responsibility. In these cases, the cartridges are not faulty.

Storage & return note

Store unopened cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If opened or returned, seal all visible ink openings/holes with Scotch tape (ideally also place the cartridge in a small, tightly sealed bag) to prevent leakage during transport.
