Possible Errors & Troubleshooting

• If the printer shows messages such as “Ink cartridge cannot be recognized” or a support code such as 1682, remove the cartridge and reinstall it carefully.
• Check that each cartridge is inserted correctly and fully locked into place.
• Make sure all protective films and seals have been removed before installation.
• If needed, clean the cartridge contacts carefully with a dry lint-free cloth.
• If a communication or cartridge status error such as code 1651 appears, cancel the print job and check the cartridge seating again.
